     Recently, the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission announced the pilot list of the construction of green, low-carbon and high-quality development pilot zone in Shandong Province, Dawn Group was selected as the pilot list of enterprises, and Longkou City, where the enterprises are located, was selected as the comprehensive regional pilot innovation leading list.

It is understood that the construction of green, low-carbon and high-quality development pilot zone in Shandong is the first strategic layout with green, low-carbon and high-quality development as the theme since the Party Central Committee proposed the "double carbon" goal, and is the first major strategic mission given to Shandong by the national development document since the foundation of the People’s Republic of China.
